Majd Mouzaffar is a litigation lawyer focusing on complex family and civil disputes. He is known for disciplined advocacy, practical advice, and a strategic approach to dispute resolution, including negotiation and mediation where appropriate.
Before establishing Edmonton Top Law, Majd practiced at a national law firm, where he gained experience in complex litigation matters. He also brings over a decade of business management experience, which informs a structured and solution-focused approach to client matters.
Majd has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, and has participated in appellate mediation proceedings before the Court of Appeal of Alberta. He has also been involved in proceedings in other Canadian jurisdictions on complex jurisdictional issues, and has appeared in reported decisions in Alberta and Ontario.
He was previously recognized by the Ministry of Justice and Solicitor General for his contributions, and remains focused on delivering prepared, effective representation at every stage of the legal process.
